I agree with Eldub. Try to establish a relationship with a local roaster if possible.
Here you will have a great opportunity to try many different single origin coffees and blends.
Plus it will be fresh roasted. Variety is the "spice of life", so they say. If you like chocolate and nutty tastes,
consider a Mocha Java blend(there are a few different blends), To me Monsooned Malabar(full city roast), gives a nice nutty
taste.

My all-time favorite roaster is Metropolis out of Chicago. They have a custom blend that they do for The Buzz Cafe just outside of the city, which is my favorite blend EVER! I'd recommend checking out the Metropolis website, or even looking up The Buzz Cafe's site and ordering a bag of their blend.
