resource for Bean and origin characteristics from around the world

Sorry for the clunky thread title.

I'm wondering if there is any reference books or sites for "typical" Bean characteristics. for example a chapter on South America and describing the basic flavours and types of beans.

I know there are a ton or this type of thing for Wine, scotch and even beer.
