Hi, My name is Joseph and I'm new to the forum. Nice to meet you all!

I'm currently looking for a roaster and trying to get in business! I'm looking for anyone that have experience with Probat or Ambex roasters. How is the machine and service of both companies. I have a hard time getting information and price from them =(.

Also hows Ozturk roasters?
