Have you ever had chocolate covered coffee beans? Does anyone know how these are roasted so that they can be eaten?

I've tried it before and they were pretty chewy but I just tried eating a dark roasted bean and it was just fine so I suppose they just need to be roasted dark enough.

We actually supply chocolate coated beans. You will find that they become quite chewy if too lightly roasted and to crunchy if too dark. Try find a balance that suits you. We roast ours to a french colour but then coat them quite heavily with choc, dark choc too is good.
