saeco modular luxe help

I have a saeco modular luxe in my home .Its not working right, and nowhere for service except PA. and the machine weights 90lbs.
And I live in Kansas City.

Hey, I've got a saeco as well, but don't know specifically what could be wrong with yours. Please describe your difficulties some more. How much pressure is there? Is pump bringing in water? Does steam come out of the wand, et al.?

This machine has two tanks one small one for shot . And a large one for steam,and hot water. The large tank is overfilling with water ,the pump is turning on even thought the tank is full ,with no room for steam. Then presure relief valve will open. It uses a sensor rod in the tank to regulate the water level
