Hello everyone,
I have a problem with my Senseo coffee maker, it does not heat up when the button I support heating though the LED is lit! Can you help me please?

Where did you buy your senseo coffee maker? Hopefully somewhere local. If you've had enough and want to try your luck with another machine, you might consider returning the senseo coffee maker to the store you bought it from rather than going through the manufacturer.
