Should I Buy or Write My Training Manual?

I've been trying to put together a training manual for new baristas and management but it's a lot harder than I anticipated and taking forever! I saw in Barista magazine (I think :?) that Gimme! Coffee offers their training manual for sale... so I read some excerpts on their website and am considering buying a few copies, the manual seems to be really in-depth. Has anyone read or used this training manual?

Hey I purchased a copy of Gimme's manual a while back and found it to be a great resource. A lot of things didn't apply but it gave me a great starting point for creating my own manual. It is very in depth and I would highly recommend purchasing one. Hope that helps.
