Siemens Nespresso TK70 Fault

Hi, I have a Siemens Nespresso TK70 and recently it has stopped pumping the water, will only go into READY or RINSING, but does not do anything appart from what sounds like the pump attempting to work for a split second.

If anyone could advise I would be very grateful.
