Sit Down w/ drive thru window combo

I am planning on a 2nd location soon, and have the opportunity to open on an end unit, new plaza where I can put a drive thru window. I wanted some input from those that have the same or have experience as to:

1- what type of windows to use, as I have found several fast-food window manufacturers, or will a regular window do the trick (i tend to make things work but maybe not my building inspector!) also;

2- does anyone use an order/intercom system (u know, speak into the clown's mouth LOL),

3-dedicated espresso machine;

4- anyone use a video monitor system?:
