Which one? The very top one is etching. It's actually the easiest form of latte art, and you can do some really cool stuff with it. Google or youtube "etching", you'll get alot of quick tutorials/vids that'll show you how in no time.

Thanks, compared to some of our local barista's here in Seattle I'm a joke. A friend of mine can easily do twin rosetta's with a heart at the top... now that's good!
