My wife and I brewed up some coffee in the Toddy Maker this weekend and wow is it rich, flavorful and smooth! It is a cold brew process that takes about 12 hours, but once complete you have concentrated delicious coffee for a week. Just add 1 ounce of Toddy coffee concentrate to 6 ounces of hot water or cold water for iced coffee and it really tastes great!
I have a perculator that is going bye bye and I am now using a French Press along with the Toddy maker. Drips never seem to make a strong enough pot unless you own a very expensive drip maker.
