Thermoplan CTS2 Mill adjustment

I have recently purchased a service card for my machine but the supplied paperwork does not discuss the specifics involved in adjusting the mills. I have the service manual too but it doesn't mention how to do it either. Can anyone walk me through what is involved? The machine works great, I recently went through the whole machine but the shots could be better.

I have a coffee machine of this type, it's gone in to a service mode but can't work out how to get it back working properly, anyone got a programing manual for it? Thanks in advance, how do you get it in and out of setup mode?
