Hi
First of all, this forum is filled with helpful members here and I would like to thank all of you for making this forum such a awesome place.
Im a novice coffee roaster and would like to try my hands on coffee roasting and explore the possibility of selling roasted coffee beans within my small community.
I'm looking at a 500g roast size, electric roaster on a budget. I understand gas would be better but im not looking into it for personal reasons.
There arent many commercial roasters in the country I live, so I was exploring on conventional ovens with a rotating drum. With more heating elements, I was hoping to get a more even roast.
I was hoping someone can give me some advice? Thanks and have a blasting new year!
