I have been thinking about listing our Probat L12. It's a 1989 with cast iron drum that was refurbed by Roasters Exchange. She's a solid roaster and has served us well but we are looking to upgrade. I've done some modifications to improve airflow but I could return it to the stock configuration pretty easily. I'll probably list it here in the classifieds soon, but PM me if your interested in pics and more info.
