Water tank stuck in a new Jura ena8

Hi. I’m new here. Have just purchased a brand new jura ena8 from Costco. Installed per instructions but can’t pull the water tank. It just pulls with the wires and water line. Any thoughts?

Virvit, did you ever find a solution with getting the water tank unstuck? I’m bought a Jura ena 4 and having the same issue - can’t pull out the water tank

You pulled the wrong part out: the black piece belongs to the bottom. You can drop the tank to its base, turn it clockwise until it locks, then use one hand hold all two black pieces together and the other hand pull the tank out. After that, you have to make sure the two black pieces lock to each other and don't let them separate again.
