WATER USAGE ????

I'M TRING TO GET MY DRIVE THRU COFFEE SHOP UP AND RUNNING.
DOES ANYONE KNOW ABOUT HOW MUCH WATER THE AVERAGE SHOP USES. I'LL HAVE ESPRESSO MACHINE, ICE MAKER, FETCO DOUBLE BREWER, A 3 COMP. SINK AND A BATHROOM( 4 EMPLOYEES ONLY)
OUR GOAL IS TO SELL ATLEAST 400 CUPS A DAY (EVENTUALLY)
ANYONE GOT A AVERAGE????????

We use around 80-100 gallons per day. We are serving around 80 cars per day on a brand new location. You may wish to allow for more usage based upon the number of cars served. One thing to keep in mind is that the ice machine will cycle water through several times per day thus increasing your usage. We are purchasing ice for now and have not turned the ice machine to automatic.
