Just curious....
your bag says 100% liberica. are you really using 100% liberica coffee varietal to make your coffee?
Liberica varietal is one of Arabicas, but the flavor characteristics are very similar to Robusta beans.
Personally, I have seen this liberica coffee plant in only one farm in Acatenango.
very tall plant, growing up to 10 meters and huge leaves....

can you give us your coffee profile? personally, I have never tried 100% liberica beans.
