I have a Briccoletta

I have a Fiorenzato Briccoletta (direct connect to water line) Heat Exchange, Rotary Vane Pump, Tank presurestat/gauge, drain line on drip tray and E61 levate brew group and 1.5 liter tank. I have a Rancilio Rocky Doser grinder. I just upgraded from a Saeco Classico.

I own:

Isomac Tea E61 "prosumer" machine
Faema C185 Compact 1 group
La Marzocco Linea AV 4 group
Mazzer Grinders - a Mini, a Major and a whole bunch of Super Jolly's
Bodum Santos Mini manual vac pot
Bodum Santos Mini electric vac pot
Melitta cones - two sizes
Fetco CBS-31 AAP double airpot brewer

It's a bit extreme for a home collection but hopefully much of this gear will go into a commercial environment in the future.

My first was a small Krups Espresso followed by a Krups Espresso-Filter combo. Currently I have a Saeco Via Veneto Combo. I am going to have (hopefully sooner than later) Rancilio Silvia combined with a Rocky grinder.

Still wondering whether I should take Rancilio or La Pavoni Professional.

Cheers,

PS BTW My first post here. This forum is great place!

I have an automatic one, but I really, really want the new La Marzocco machine, I think it's called G3 or C3. It's a beautiful thing and I do have experience with the Mazocco machines, which are all very good machines. To bad they cost so much!

Yeah the GS3 would be nice, but I personally don't think any machine is worth that much....

For what it's worth, I own and use a KitchenAid Pro Line espresso machine and the matching Pro Line grinder. I have highly modified both and get great results every single day. Could I spend more? Of course...... Would the shots be better? I doubt it, but might be easier to duplicate on higher end equipment, but life is no fun without a challenge. Later!
