What is your take on the flavored bean?

I was thinking of maybe starting with a few flavored beans most common like hazlenut, vanilla and having the line of syrups to add to the coffee for those who wanted more of variety. A recipe board of other coffees. It can be done quickly if all the tools are easy to reach.

I personally dont like the syrups or flavored coffee. But I know people who only drink the flavored coffee.

I worked as a barista in a couple of cafes before starbucks was on every corner. Now I find I watch people these days just to see what they order.
Coffee has become so sofisticated.
