What's your Coffee Routine

Mine's pretty simple. Pour over in the morning before workout. Espresso in early afternoon. Decaf on Friday evening.
 
I usually start my mornings with a strong cup made in a French press. Sometimes I’ll add a splash of oat milk if I’m in the mood, but most days it’s just black. It’s kind of my quiet moment before the day gets going.
 
Love that! Y’all got a whole coffee ritual goin’ on. Mine’s a bit lazier lol—grab a black Americano first thing, no sugar, just vibes. On weekends I treat myself with a homemade oat milk latte. I did try some Peruvian beans once, super smooth. Random but I read how caffeine affects meds at Canada Pharmacy Partner , made me rethink my 4pm cup real quick.
It really does make good coffee
