Where can I get a good quality 6-8L S/S lined insulated urn.

I am looking for an insulated urn, stainless steel lined with a level gauge/sightglass. Has to be portable with handles and hold about 6-8L, preferable on a stand so I could fill jugs out of it. Has to be easy to clean and have very good insulation properties. Preferably cheap too!

Any ideas?
