Where to Start

I'm new to the special coffee world and I want to learn how to start making coffee at home. I really like espresso, cappuccino, little, pour over and cold brew. I already make cold brew at home with local coffee and a cold brew container, but I'm thinking about getting a espresso machine or a pour over. My question is should I go for the espresso machine with the grinder or get the slow pour machine with a grinder?
