Worst separation anxiety ever

Well now my SO of over 2 years decides we need to take a break until I am stable and healthy again. And wants no communication with me. I've been calling emailing and texting him because I cant help it. but i am freaking out here! I will see him this weekend when he brings all my stuff to my parents house, but this is so hard for me.
