2.5kg Toper a good machine?

Hi folks.
I am looking for a small batch commercial roaster.
Maybe have a deal on a 2.5kg toper.

What do you think about this machine? My goal is to learn and start a small coffee roast business and then upgrade on a serious machine as Deidrich or so.

I have no direct experience with a Toper but they have a reputation of being a solid machine.
