I have 13 Commercial roating Accts, and average a new one per month. I have made a living with my buisness. It's me alone with my employees ( team) no paychecks: except my sales. No second income or anything like that. So There now you know. I figure 4 yrs roasting and pulling shots is a bit; but not as much expeiance as many others that I respect.
That being said most of the others that roast; don't owner operate and own operate espresso Stands or coffee houses, and barista too...
