We are a salon/spa/gift shop in search of an airpot brewer system. Currently have one that has direct plumbing and hot water spigot. We love it, but are being held hostage by the company that provides it along with their coffees (high-priced coffee that is not that great and must place an order every month). Their airpots are great and keep the coffee hot all day long, and we would welcome a brand recommendation on those also.
Thanks for any help.

My first recommendation is to buy the equipment outright so that you can get your coffee anywhere. Coffee will be much more affordable once you're not held hostage by a minimum order.

Curtis makes smaller airpot brewers that are real nice and automated, having used them recently. I think sizes are 1.9, 2.2, 2.5 liters but don't quote me. You can get direct water line or pour-over units. If you have bigger plans, Fetco starts at around 1.5 gallon sizes.
