Automated System for Billing and Documentation in Coffee Shop

I'm new to this forum. I have been running a small coffee shop since 2017. Now, I have plans on expanding my business. Fortunately, my shop is running in such a good condition.

The only thing I miss there is an automated system for billing and other document processing. I will be installing the system along with the expansion process. I need your suggestions on choosing a document management system.

In my search, I came across this company offering document management systems in Toronto. They offer account payable and receivable workflow automation services.I would like to know the things we need to be taken care of before choosing a company for the service.
