When the hatch is opened to let out the roasted beans, what is pushing them out? Is it a spiral type rotisserie drum that pushes them out? And what keeps the beans evenly moving if that is the case? I have never seen the inside of the drum to actually see the full function. I ask the question because I am mulling over the possibility of building a roaster. Any help and/or any photos would be cool. Thanks!
