No doubt of your wondering just to imagine that a lot benefits of morning walk,especially for those who suffer in any fatal disease like sugar or kidney or heart prob.me suggestion to all must be develop habitually for the fitness.

Yes, morning walk is really important for fitness because fresh air and environment is very useful for heart and kidneys.
 
Don't forget to bring a travel-mug full of coffee, and take time to stop and listen to the birds.
 
What ???? If you are suffering from that listed above, do you not need to go for a brisk walk of at least 30 minutes or ideally 40 minutes ? Try choking down a coffee while doing that!

Oops....sorry about that.

I guess with the changing of the seasons, my mind was dreaming about an early morning stroll enjoying the fresh air, sunshine, and a bit of nature. Besides taking a "powerwalk," it's always nice to be able to take some time to do that too.

Get a dog. Walks become mandatory. I spent between an hour and two hours in the woods just about every day this past winter with our rescue dog, Snappy. I benefited from the exercise as much as she did. And her disposition has improved greatly since I found her abandoned in a canyon below my mountain retreat late last summer.
