Best way to brew at events

Hello everyone. My girlfriend and I run an event planning business (craft shows, toy shows, etc) and we always get asked for coffee. We found a private label coffee who makes really good coffee and is going to provide us with 12oz retail bags with our label and 5lb bags for brewing. We are thinking maybe a couple urns would be the best bet. Any advice or opinions on best way to Brew at our shows and what a good model is?
