cafe britt and wmf presto machine

I am new on this forum and first I would like to say hello to everybody.I signed in this forum, because I am opening a bakery with coffe to go offer.I want to have Cafe Britt and I wonder if it can be prepared with fully automatic WMF presto machine without compromising quality and taste of Caffe Britt.Thank you for your answers.

Given you feed the machine with super fresh beans, carry out proper Preventive Maintenance on it, understand how it works, etc. then I'm sure you will get good quality coffee from it. Probably not great coffee, but good, consistent results with minimal training/interaction. BUT a less expensive option would be a proper grinder matched with a semi/full automatic machine. Later!
