Choosing a superautomatic

I am trying to choose a good durable superautomatic. A friend has the Saeco Royal Professional and enjoys it. I thought of that or the Gaggia titanium ss. I just don''t want to be dealing with sending things back, etc. Any thoughts? Are there other machines that you would suggest?
