coffee maker repair in phoenix / scottsdale

I tried posting under saeco not working but I thought this was more directly related to what I'm after. Does anyone know where I can get a saeco repaired in Phoenix / Scottsdale? Also, I've had it 4 years so warranty is not a concern, but should I still be trying to use an authorized saeco repair center, or are others ok as well (I would assume on a case by case basis)? What are your experiences and what do you recommend?

Coffee Doctors, just recently became SAECO repair facility. They are around Cave Creek road and Greenway. Just google them and you will find it.
