I'm in the early stages of developing a business plan for my first double drive-thru. I want to place it in a strip mall parking lot. (great view and access from a busy road) What kind of footprint should I anticipate? What clearances around it and trafic control should I have? I need to establish this before I talk to the developer. Thank you for any advice.
