El Salvador Saint Elena

Anyone tried this yet? Current crop scored 6th in CoE in El Sal. 87-88 rating. It has great balance between body and acid. I would say it's a great, mild cup. Nothing stands out (both good or bad). We picked up a green bag (hopefully can get some more later on).

Yes I have tried and like you said, its very mild but hint of berry and earthy flavor. I think the rating is very accurate. It really didn't give me mind blowing type of taste.

Agreed, nothing to write home about. I think the strong point is the balance. Going to try a few roasts profiles and see what brings out the best.
