I'm having issues with a L-12 and L-25 probat roasters. I can't pinpoint why my chaff is burning off instead of collecting. Also th L-25 squeaks and rubs as the drum heats ane cools. is this bad? I'd think so. I still produce top shelf beans, I just need some tips. Please help me!
