Now, now Topher... don't be like that! The bacon grease method will exclude you from marketing into muslim countries. I only use chicken lard mixed with cow bile! Interesting though.... I would have thought that apart from caffeine the major 'irritants' in coffee would have been the lipids...and these are what make coffee what it is! Hehehe...if you want low acid, try some of my Java!

I will say this...at the casino I had a lady who swore by my coffee...she said it was the only thing that she could drink after her chemotherapy treatments... 8)
