Gaggia Baby Twin Steam Fix?

Hey Guys,
Stumbled upon this website whist online and looking for a fix for my Gaggia Baby Twin.

Problem...
When boiler is heating up, water starts to seep out of the steam arm. When brewing espresso, water continues to come out of the steam arm at greater speed. When backflushing, water appears to freely flow from steam arm. Now that this problem has started I can no longer get any steam from this machine. When steam valve is opened, the pump is activated yet no water or steam comes out of the steam arm.

Do any of you guys have any experience you would like to share with me?
