My suggestion would be to get away from flavored coffee... simply use a high quality coffee and add flavor to it. You can get Ghirardelli Dark Chocolate sauce and Torani Pecan Praline syrup to duplicate the flavor profile you desire. If done properly you will be blown away with the quality compared to pre-packaged swill.
May not be what you want to hear, but I have no respect for flavored coffee. I once depended on it before I stumbled onto truly great coffee, but after witnessing how these concoctions ruin grinders by permanantly permeating internal parts I despise the idea/process.
