Good coffee in Salt lake city Utah

So I find it interesting that the best cup of espresso I have found in this overly religious city is from a little coffee hut downtown...called the Urban Grind...it has a nice smooth flavor without being overly bitter.
Any other people have any suggestions for some good java in this planned city?

Atmosphere in each place is wildly different from one another.
