I'm starting my 5th week of my coffee shop. Business is good and my coffee is GREAT!!! I don't have many decaf options and I'm having people ask for it, especially since I am open 2 nights during the week. I researched a little and have found the following brands but have not tried any myself. I guess I'm looking for a quick solution!!! I looked at illy, Lavazza, Caffe Mauro and Velton's. any recommendations???
I'm also looking for a green tea frappe and green tea latte mix. I had a individual packet from Big Train and I served a customer a green tea latte in a big white mug and it looked beautiful. She said it tasted great. Would you recommend Big Train or some other brand???
