Healthy coffee?

I have read many articles that talk about different health aspects to a cup of coffee each morning, I assume that means without cream and sugar. Are there any coffee beans or coffee brands that offer more health benefits than the coffee you can find at your local coffee shop? And if so would you please share that info in a reply below?

Yes, a certain amount of coffee is good for your health. But do not overdo it, coffee takes water from our body. ... It is recommended to drink a glass of water after a cup of coffee. All in all, I love coffee - it's a great drink that will lift your spirits and increase your productivity. And including the fact that coffee contributes to the production of the hormone cartizol in our body, which in excessive quantities can be harmful. But if you drink no more than 3 cups of coffee a day, using also various useful extracts, which are sometimes added there, then this will be very helpful.
