I am just barely grasping the top of this Icerberg(coffee). Very interested in finding out certain things about it:
1. How to tell the difference between good coffee and bad coffee.
2. Why starbucks is consider to be a mix drink and not truly coffee.
3. In that sense, Why is Nescafe and Folders doing so well in the coffee market...when it is not true coffee for the coffee lover?
4. I asked the people that I know about coffee and end up with, "I drink coffee, but I can't really tell you if a cup of coffee is good or bad.
5. How and the best way to market coffee. I am guessing how a coffee broker/agent becomes a Broker/Agent.
6. Anything, I know or do not know about coffee.
7. Vietnam is currently venturing on other forms of Coffee Beans. Arabica beening among one of their specialty.
8. Anyone have any comments for Trung Nguyen Vs. Highlands Coffee from Vietnam?
regards,
Newbie in training.
