So glad to have found this forum. Looking forward the all the information I can glean from the experienced coffee entrepreneurs here. We (my husband and I) are in the process of purchasing an already existing drive-thru espresso stand. We live in a small town. Pop about 3500 so it is going to be a challenge to not only keep this business going, but to make it go better. Which is where you all come in!! Thanks ahead of time for all the help and info I know I will find here!

Good luck. Im in the learning stage too. My advice... keep it fresh.
