Hello from the high country of Colorado

The wife and I have been coffee drinkers since our first child was born in 1988. Seems the ole cup of Joe kept us going through a little girl that had Colic. Since then, we have owned many, many coffee and espresso makers and prepared coffee every way on the planet. I have joined, because I want to learn even more and I have some specific questions that need answers, where I will post in the appropriate sub-forums.

I think we often overlook how great a cup of coffee is for getting us through stressful or irritating moments. Yet another health benefit to coffee often overlooked in the reported lists.
