I'm James and I'm 52 and live in the Houston, TX area. I'm married with 2 kids (18 and 22). Work in customer services.
I've had this coffee itch for some time now. :decaf: I got into this hobby/passion back in 2010. I got myself a Andreja Premium and a Rocky grinder back then and had been pretty happy with it except for always temp surfing. So 2 weeks ago, I got myself a Vetrano 2B Evo and a new Fiorenzato F4 Nano grinder. No more temp. surfing for me.
I also roast my own beans, but have been exploring here lately with buying fresh roasted coffee. I just bought some from Klatch and Blue Bottle to see what it is like. I think I would like to try and start formulating my own espresso mix in the future though. :?:
