Welcome from Paris, no worries on your English(we can understand you!). It is 100% better than my French FYI. How is coffee in Paris, from a home roasters perspective? Do you have alot of option on where to source your green coffee, roasters, and grinders? I am sure there has to be some euro websites and local stores specific to the industry, right?

Yes, of course Paris the capital of love.
David is my real name, but my family name is not brown, it's just a sort of nickname for coffee passionate.
Coffee in Paris is good, depends of where you buy. There are few good roasters i recommend if you visit Paris or France.
