Hot Buttered Coffee - Recipe

Hi everyone,
Thought I would just share this recipe I made today. It tastes great and is a perfect drink for cold evenings

Hot Buttered Coffee

Ingredients

*1 teaspoon unsalted butter
*1 teaspoon brown sugar
*5-6 ounces freshly brewed Jamaican coffee, steaming
*1 whole clove
*1 tablespoon dark rum
*1/8 teaspoon grated nutmeg


Directions

*Put butter in an Irish coffee glass or mug, then pour in the hot coffee.
*Add brown sugar and stir until dissolved.
*Add clove and rum. Dust with nutmeg.
*Serves 1

and just to confirm, thats a clove...not a clove of garlic in the recipe

Had someone PM me from another forum saying it was the worst coffee they had ever had, it was way to garlicy
