Hello everyone.
I currently own a custom mobile order app and I work with restaurants, coffee shops, boba/smoothie shops, and more in the hospitality industry.
I am looking for some advice on how to approach coffee shop owners? Majority of the owners are either busy working in their busy or has multiple locations and hard to track down.
Would walking into the shop and asking for manager / owner be the best way?
