Hi!
Sorry if this has already been discussed, but I had a question about purchasing coffee. I know many of you probably cringe at buying coffee at the grocery store, but I do because it's convenient for me.
However, my question is about choosing the bag. It seems like 99% of the bags have air in them that you can squeeze out by the little valve in front. Let go of the bag, and it takes the air in. It's as if there's a hole in the bag that lets air in and out.
On the other hand, there's always one or two bags that do not do this. I was wondering why this happens, and if it's better to buy a bag that "breathes", one that's completely sealed air-tight, or if it even really matters.
Thanks in advance!
